Not Your Average Hole in the Wall

Hole In The Wall is a high end food court / food hub located at the 4/F of Century City Mall. A must visit place for everyone, aside that every angle is picturesque (mix and match tables and chairs, ceiling, and walls that will also caught you right away), their food were also quite satisfying.

Want to see / hear how great the ambiance and the food was?

Ambiance
(Outside)

Do you even recognize this? I don't! Yung feeling mo nasa ibang bansa ka, ganun!

(Inside)
There's also a second floor reserved for private functions.

Food
(11 food establishments)

Tiny Duchess

Blueberry Cheesecake (Original Php 140.00 / Tiny Php 60.00)
Double Chocolate (Original Php 140.00 / Tiny Php 60.00)

I love their sweet and savory eclairs, it has the right amount of sweetness. They also offer other flavors too such as Croque Monsieur, Four Cheese, Goat Cheese and Fresh and smoked salmon with wasabi! I will soon try their homemade hot chocolate. Perfect for pasalubong, royalty package for to-go.

Bad Bird

One of the most go-to inside the Hole In The Wall, the very bad Bad Bird! *We somehow tend to love stuff that are very bad, yea? Okay, hashtag whogoat!*

Chicken per piece / ala carte Php 105.00
(Flavors: Safe, Spicy and Chemical)

We were supposed to order their Waffle Plate for Php 280.00, unfortunately their waffles are already sold out - we went there almost late anyway, our bad. But if you eat corn (which we don't, I mean we don't fancy eating it haha), you may order their platter with Corn on a stick (with Kewpie, Cheese, Bonito and Togarashi) - I think they're delicious anyway, people seem to love it! Bad Bird's unimani chicken is great, it's crispy and the spices are sinfully delicious. Price a bit steep though for a piece of chicken (if nag-titipid), but come on it's worth a try!

Dirty Rice Php 80.00
mixed with Bacon, Chicken liver and Bonito

Don't worry if you don't eat chicken liver, you won't 100% notice the taste of it. The rice were awesome! Serving size though is bad (sorry, too much use of the word 'bad' haha). konti / bitin! Huhu

Scout's Honor

Satisfying cookie shop for the cookie monsters! Quaint shop with lots of flavors to choose from. If you want to show your creativity you can make your own craft cookie!

Scout Cookie Php 95.00 each

S'mores-Tag-Alongs Double-shortbread cookie with chocolate layers, topped with campfire marshmallows (sprinkled with graham crumble).
Red Velvet made with Red velvet shortbread cookie sandwich with cream cheese frosting.
Dark chocolate potato chip cookie made with chewy dark chocolate cookie dough, ganache, ruffles potato chips and pretzels!

S'mores was okay, cookie a bit tough. Red Velvet's cream cheese frosting were a little sweet for my taste. Nonetheless, they're good! Dark Chocolate potato chip cookie on the other hand was surprisingly too good! Also a must buy for a pasalubong! :)

To sum up everything:
Ambiance 4.5/5
Price 4/5
Service 4/5
Taste 4.5/5
Verdict: 400 seat food hub / court with unique concept each area which is rad and really pleasing. And they have servers who clean tables and refill water right away - very attentive (thank you)! Highly recommended to everyone (even if we've only tried few - 3 out of 11 hihi). Please be there early if you want to try everything. Note that they're open until 12 midnight during Fridays and Saturdays. Yaasss! :)
