MILKCOW Philippines is located at the ground floor Eastwood Mall, Libis, Quezon City (just across California Pizza Kitchen and Mr. Kurosawa).
They don't just simply serve ice cream, they're organic soft ice cream, and also they do have coffee, macarons and other treats.
Here's a look of the popular *although quite expensive* honeycomb.
MILKCOW is open from 10 am - 12 midnight. If you really want to try everything, macarons and all, be there early! Have a soft day! :)

Verdict: I love how the ice cream melts, how milky and smooth it is. A bit pricey though, but definitely worth a try. Will definitely go back to try their Milky Comb and their macarons.
