To be honest, I ain't one huge fan of "tapa", just because I have tried a lot of tapa, and I never liked it. LOL That is one reason why everytime my friends and I were to eat at a Silog food spot, I always choose another meal. Yet, Tapsi ni Vivian at Bulaluhan changed the way I see tapsi. ;)
Aside that they offer wide variety of food on their menu, I always love how they cooked eggs. It seems so perfect. <3 And of course, their tapa is the bomb. They're actually my second favorite tapsilog-an place.
