Verdict: A lot of third-wave cafes are coming out not just in the Metro, and yet Kandle Cafe quite surprised me! I love everything!
The next day, we had Chocolatefudge cake (Php 120.00) and Mocha to-go, it was so good I won't mind braving Metro's traffic. Hehe
